Refund policy

En Weed Terpenes, we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their terpene purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 6 days of receiving the product.

To request a refund, please email our customer service at support@buyweedterpenes.com with the order number and reason for the return. We will contact you to coordinate the return of the product and the corresponding refund.

Please note that products must be in their original, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you received a defective or damaged product, please send us a photo and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we believe our refund policy is being abused.
